The QOPI Help Desk is available from 9:00-5:00 ET, Monday-Friday.
Email is the preferred method for contact as issues are reviewed and documented by several QOPI staff members through the email account.

- Register a new practice
- Add a new office to existing accounts
- Add new users to existing accounts
- Change user or site names
- Deactivate old user accounts
- Retrieve a password or change user login
- Update a user role
- Change module selections
- Create "Group" logins to analyze multi-practice data
- Technical issues with the QOPI web-based application
- Clarification of data elements used in data collection
